What makes your espresso different?
We work with a single-origin roaster and pull each shot to order. Our baristas have completed speciality espresso training, and we dial in our grinder every morning. You'll notice the difference in the crema, the sweetness, and how the milk stretches—it's the care that counts.
Do you offer filter coffee options?
Yes. We pour V60 and Chemex by hand, using freshly ground beans. If you're after something slower and more intentional, filter coffee is perfect. It takes about four minutes, and it's worth the wait.
Can I get decaf?
Absolutely. We stock a quality decaf espresso and can brew it as a flat white, cappuccino, or pour-over. No compromise on flavour.
What's your milk situation?
We use locally-sourced whole milk and offer oat and almond alternatives. Ask us about your preference—we're happy to steam whatever works for you.
Are your pastries made fresh daily?
Yes. We bake croissants, cardamom buns, and seasonal specials in-house each morning. They're ready by 7 a.m., and we make them in small batches so they're always warm and buttery.
Do you have savoury options?
We rotate savoury pastries—think olive and cheese twists, sourdough, and focaccia—alongside our sweet range. Check in-store or ask what's fresh today.
Can I order pastry for an event?
For large orders or catering, please get in touch at least 48 hours ahead. We work with local groups and small meetings.
Is there seating for working or studying?
Yes. We have a quiet, light-filled room with wooden tables, comfortable seating, and a calm vibe. No background music, no screens on walls—just the sound of espresso machines and people thinking. It's designed for focus and conversation.
How many people can you seat?
We have space for about 20 guests at a time. It keeps the room peaceful and unhurried. If you're planning a group visit, let us know in advance.
Is there WiFi?
We don't have WiFi intentionally. We find it helps people stay present and enjoy their coffee without distraction. But the space is perfect for reading, writing, or quiet conversation.
Can I bring my laptop?
Of course. Many of our regulars work here in the mornings. We just ask that you stay mindful of noise and limit your time during peak hours (8–9 a.m.) if others are waiting for seating.
Can I order ahead?
You can call us to place an order for pickup, or simply walk in. We aim to have your drink and pastry ready within five minutes of ordering.
Do you take card payments?
Yes, we accept card and cash. Card payments only take seconds.
Can I get my drink to go?
Yes. We offer to-go cups, though we encourage you to sit and savour your coffee if you have time. If you bring your own cup, we'll give you a small discount.
